DIR PHARMACY

Requires a professional level of knowledge in the field of Pharmacy acquired by completion of a 5-6 year Bachelor's Degree or Pharm D degree from an accredited school or college of Pharmacy. Must complete residency programs as required by the Illinois State law. 5-7 years of progressively responsible practical experience as a Pharmacist, preferably in a healthcare institution. Must complete biennial continuing education requirements to maintain licensure.
