Job Description:
Successfully complete assigned survey projects in a timely and accurate manner.Responsible for the supervision of 2 or more field crew members on field survey projects.Train technicians in the use of survey equipment.Responsible for maintaining survey equipment.Operate survey equipment for field surveys.Accurately document and record field data.Read and comprehend construction documents, project plans, and project scopes.Provide recommendations to survey manager on field survey procedures.Job Qualifications:
Qualifications:
5+ years' experience with conventional surveying to include topographic and route surveys for road, bridge, and utility projects, and right of way surveys,Minimum 2+ years expereince as a crew chiefMinimum 1 year GPS experience requiredExperienced with total stations, data collectors, digital levels.Computer literacyValid driver's licenseWillingness to travelExcellent communication skills
