Seventh Judicial District

The State of Minnesota Board of Public Defense announces that applications will be accepted for the position of Chief Public Defender for the Seventh Judicial District. The Seventh Judicial District is located in west central Minnesota.

All applicants must be qualified attorneys, licensed to practice law within the State of Minnesota. This full-time position is responsible for the administration and direction of all public defense services involving felony, gross misdemeanor and juvenile criminal cases.

A Board of Public Defense application must be completed and can be downloaded at www.pubdef.state.mn.us/jobs
