Chief Operating Officer

Recruiting energetic candidates that could fill the role of Chief Operations Officer and report directly to the President of an industrial electronics manufacturing and distribution company. Candidates that can take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a company which could include: assisting the President and various Executive Managers in the development and assembly of a company's annual sales forecast, expense budgets, cash flow forecast and implementation plans. Candidates should have experience mentoring business unit managers to achieve business goals; ensuring consistent, high quality, timely distribution of products & services; installing visible work processes to institutionalize core competencies; and managing the development of new products.
REQUIREMENTS
Ten years of experience in a multi-site electronics manufacturing environment, a four year degree required, MBA preferred, working knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Balanced Scorecard, strong management, negotiating and written and oral communication skills.
