A 100 bed facility in the Montgomery, AL area is currently seeking candidates for a Chief Nursing Officer position.
Situated among the rolling hills of southeastern Alabama, the city of Troy combines the charming dignity of the “Old South” with a progressive forward-looking spirit.
OUR HOSPITAL
This is a 100-bed licensed facility serving a five-county area with a patient population of approximately 55,000. The hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
The hospital complex includes three medical office buildings and a child health center, providing a full range of health care services in one location. Medical services include Cardiology, 24-hour Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Neurology, Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Pathology, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Radiology, Sleep Disorder Studies and Urology. Surgical services include General and Orthopedic Surgery, using the latest in Laparoscopic and Laser Surgery techniques. In addition, the medical center offers Home Health Services, Social Services, complete Physical Therapy Services and Community Education Programs, including Safe Sitter and Childbirth Education classes.
REQUIREMENTS
Seeking candidates who have previously served in a CNO or Director-level position with supervision over multiple departments and budgetary responsibility/ accountability. The facility will pay relocation and annual salary range from $90 to $100k.
