This position will be responsible for their East and West campuses (two hospital), a stand-alone same day surgery and treatment center, and several locations for imaging and patient therapy. Their hospitals are located on the north shore of Lake Michigan, have served their community for over 100 years, and have been designated a five-star hospital by HealthGrades. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for the right candidate. These hospitals have just been purchased by an extremely successful 90+ for-profit hospital system which has pumped MILLIONS into these campuses to upgrade facilities and medical staff.Due to an internal promotion, my client has an immediate opening for a superstar Chief Nursing Executive to work closely with the VP and C-level to raise the level of recruitment, retention, quality and patient care of the nursing staff. The successful candidate will have experience at this level of administration and also be someone who will remain in touch with the staffAbove average compensation, sign on and relocation assistance are available for the right candidate.
