Chief Maintenance Engineer

Broadway Hospitality has an opportunity for a qualified Chief Maintenance Engineer at our Holiday Inn in Cumberland, MD.

This individual will have experience supervising and assisting engineering staff in the maintenance and repair of plumbing, hotel rooms, A/C and heating, ice machine, swimming pools, lighting, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, laundry, emergency generators, switch rooms, etc. as well as supervision and administration of a thorough preventative maintenance program.

REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent is required, and two years college/vocational training in electrical or mechanical engineering or plumbing plus 6 years work experience, is preferred.
