Chief Engineer / Maintenance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate will be responsible for the daily maintenance of hotel rooms and grounds
Candidate will be responsible for overall appearance and cleanliness of hotel grounds
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Good communication skills and ability to work with little supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different types of personalities
Display sound judgment and discretional skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize projects
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential material
Good organizational and time management skills
Candidate must have some experience
Candidate must also be a responsible and active problem solver
We are looking for a motivated individual capable of exceptional attention to details
Must be friendly, able to lead the maintenance team and report directly to the general managers
