REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in an engineering management position. Will supervise the implementation of all property and equipment preventative maintenance repairs, monitor all safety systems and utilities and administer the department in compliance with all corporate/franchise standards and local, state and national codes. Responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of the hotel's mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.

Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the entire hotel facility, including the physical structure, all mechanical. electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.

Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, components and devices, HVAC systems, boilers, mechanical systems and the maintenance repair of all.

Excellent knowledge of public construction and building systems, all related permits, licensing, new and existing codes pertaining to public building and fire safety.
