The Central Support Services Director will manage and oversee the processes and operations of our central support departments, including procurement, MIS, Research & Evaluation, and Facilities.
Responsibilities include managing the central support department directors and organizing, updating and creating processes to centralize 4 regions nationally; establishing collaboration and maintaining positive relationships between all support departments and field operators.
REQUIREMENTS
BA in Education or Management, Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 10+ years of related experience in multi-site educational setting. Knowledge of private and religious school systems. Knowledge of state and federal education funding. Passion and commitment to improving the quality of education for our children. Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and computer skills. 20% travel.
