COO/GENERAL MGR - Orlando-based health sciences & regulatory consulting firm iso a GM/ COO. Firm has 20 + employees & contractors consisting of scientists (PhD, MD, Masters and BS degrees), plus acctg & mktg personnel. Clientele consists of lg & medium sized nat'l & int'l chemical & consumer goods manufacturers & government. Firm requires hands-on mgr to provide direction to staff & mgmt of new areas of business development. Some travel required to other locations including Washington, DC office. Additional requirements & pref include: small business exp (including finance and marketing); MBA pref; Deltek exp; scientific background (such as biology or chemistry) helpful; business exp with a svc/consulting firm pref; Orlando area resident pref.
