COO Job Description: - The COO will provide day - day leadership, management & vision to ensure that the company has proper operational controls, administrative & reporting procedures in place to effectively grow the organization & to ensure financial strength & operating efficiency.- The COO will be responsible for driving the company to achieve & surpass sales, profitability, cash flow & business goals & objectives.- The COO will be responsible for the measurement & effectiveness of all processes internal & external.- Will provide timely, accurate & complete reports on the operating condition of the company.- The COO will direct development, communication & implementation of effective growth strategies & processes.- The COO will collaborate with the management team to develop & implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, & personnel.Requirements for the COO

- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy.
- Must have Valid PA licensure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required.- Must have 8 to 10 years of operations management in healthcare setting.
