Job Description:
This critical and highly visible position is responsible for bottom line growth in the Memphis facility with a current revenue base of $2,800,000. This position is ultimately responsible for all day-to-day branch operations, which includes direction of branch service supervisor and administrative personnel, as well as interactions with the sales organization to grow the business. The successful candidate should have demonstrated effectiveness at managing regional resources for optimum results and has full P&L responsibility. Will provide leadership and management of all operational departments in the Memphis Hydrocarbon Group. This would include collections, oil plant, oil filter collections, field services, oil exchange, parts cleaners and administration. Facility is responsible for operational responsibilities associated with both the Industrial and Commercial Environmental Service markets. This facility is positioned and budgeted for substantial volume growth in 2007 with emphasis on commercial oil volumes. Works closely with the Regional Sales Manager, other Branch Managers and Field Services Manager in developing, implementing and measuring sales goals and marketing plans. The selected candidate should possess proven leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to delegate and develop strong managers. Stron sense of urgency, team-oriented and customer service focus a must. B.A. degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or other business discipline is desirable with 3-5 years experience in management of a service organization is desirable, along with project management and budget development/P&L experience.
