BRANCH MANAGER White Cap Construction Supply is looking for a Branch Manager for our Cincinnati branch. In this general management role you will have complete P&L responsibility for your location. As the Branch Manager, you'll blend your operational and sales expertise so that your branch will continue White Cap's tradition of unequaled service while you build sales. What will it take to be successful in this leadership role? A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a managerial position where you've had P&L responsibility. Which industries? Construction Supply, Industrial Supply retailers or wholesaler, or related industry is preferred. Experience utilizing computerized business systems is a must.
