Associate Director of Development

The Associate Director of Development for Corporate and Foundation Relations works to create and implement a strategic plan to expand and enhance the Institute’s efforts to cultivate, solicit and steward corporations and foundations. A priority will be identifying and cultivating national corporate and foundation prospects. He/She will lead a team of professionals who facilitate the development and submission of proposals, work to increase the amount of corporate and foundation support, and grow the income and visibility of special events.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:
• BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
