Expedite processing of escalated claim cases to ensure effective adjudication with quality customer service as a priority. Determine liability and coverage by reviewing contracts and any state variations or mandates. Provide first class service to all of our customers, while supporting the appropriate claim servicing per contract language. Identify and report claim issues, with the purpose of improving efficiency and effective processing.
REQUIREMENTS
Three to five years of claim experience, proficient in Bizflow, Beflow, application of BICPS and MS Office Suite.
