We handle all of the details so our customers don't have to.



Each assignment prior to the role of General Manager will be hands-on and designed to teach the fundamentals of that particular department, to include 4 major areas: Service, Production, Office, and Sales.



The Service assignment involves leading a team of Service Sales Representative/Route Drivers who deliver world class service and products to customers. As a Service Manager, you will be involved in hiring, developing, training, and motivating your team. Duties also include renewing/negotiating contracts, and visiting customers to maintain service levels and troubleshoot issues. You will fill-in on routes if your Service Sales Representatives are unavailable. You will coach, evaluate, and provide performance feedback to the partners on your team.



The Production position is very "hands on" in a light industrial environment. Responsibilities include: maintaining a production facility; achieving increasing levels of quality through innovation; managing a multimillion-dollar budget; supervising Production Supervisors and entry-level Production partners. May include some multi-shift work.

 

The Sales function is to, train, coach and energize the sales force to achieve the new business development goals within a location. Sales Managers motivate, develop, and lead a team of Sales Reps. In addition, they negotiate business relationships with prospective customers.



The Office rotation entails successfully managing a team of administrative personnel. Ensuring complete location audit compliance with all corporate policies and procedures is a top priority in this role. Bottom line results are expected of the Office Manager, with a strong emphasis on maintaining the location's accounts receivable goal percentages each month.







Salary: commensurate with qualifications and experience




REQUIREMENTS


High School Diploma or GED

Valid Driver's license

Willingness to travel 5-20% of the time

3-5 years performance driven management and/or sales experience

Bachelors degree in business or a related field preferred

Prior management experience in an industrial/service environment preferred

Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted preferred
