Administrator/Center Manager

Manager of Ambulatory Surgery Center and Laser Vision Correction CenterOur ASC and Laser Vision correction centers are located in South Florida. The ambulatory surgery center houses 2 operating rooms and performs between 1500 and 1800 ophthalmology cases per year. The laser vision center has 2 laser platforms, offers custom procedures and state of the art diagnostic equipment; volume is around 1000 plus procedures per year.
Qualified candidates must have education, experience, and demonstrated success in all phases of healthcare operations within a surgery center or similar environment. Experience in ambulatory accreditation, financial management, including working knowledge of accounting software, practice management software, third party negotiation skills, physician relations, marketing and personnel management, and excellent computer skills.
Candidate must have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, in addition to exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·Center staffing, employee education
·Human resources·Physician and patient relations
·Quality improvement/Risk management programs
·Understanding of Regulatory and accreditation processes
·Budgeting, cost analysis
·Development and implementation of goals and objectives
·Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly reportsQualifications include: RN with advanced degree or Masters degree preferred (i.e. MBA/MHA). Minimum 5 years as administrator/clinical manager or similar experience.Compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
