This position is located in Cedar Springs, Michigan. Metron Integrated Health Systems is a West Michigan based, family owned health care provider offering a continuum of care options-both in the home and in our facilities. Currently we are seeking an Administrator for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Cedar Springs, Michigan.
REQUIREMENTS
Metron of Cedar Springs is located in a serene rural setting with a positive community reputation. We maintain a stable occupancy level; have experienced outgoing staff and positive resident satisfaction and a good survey history.

The Administrator will have overall responsibility for management of this 68 bed skilled facility that provides basic, skilled, hospice, dementia and rehabilitation services. You will oversee all departments including clinical, physical plant and finance. Responsibilities include quality of care, financial performance and managing your staff.

The candidate must be a licensed nursing home administrator in Michigan and have a successful work history. Strong experiences in community involvement, marketing, and census improvement a plus. Process improvement experience preferred.
