Areas of expertise include pricing of various plan designs (medical and Rx, non-Medicare and Medicare), FAS 106, IAS 19, GASB, FAS 112, certification of IBNR reserves, projecting health care costs for various populations for budgets and forecasts, setting employee/retiree contribution levels and consulting with clients on the various legislative and operational issues impacting such programs.CLIENT SERVICE ORIENTATION:
Takes personal responsibility for meeting client needs and resolving client issues; Approaches problem solving opportunities from both the client’s and from Aon’s perspective. Takes action (through research and questions) so as to better understand the client’s organization and ensure the delivery of quality customer service.
