Account Executive – Business to Business Sales

Are you a polished and highly effective professional with a proven ability to sell to HR Managers, company owners and corporate executives?

We’re an emerging leader in a rapidly growing industry, and for over a decade we’ve provided the information products used by key decision makers to build safer workplaces, reduce workplace theft and violence, and to reduce their companies’ exposure to liability. We’re looking for key people seeking both career and financial success who share our passion for building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers.

As part of our team you’ll be required to target, develop and secure new small to mid-sized business customers using your excellent prospecting, cold-calling, networking and lead-generating abilities. You’ll support existing customers and maintain your client base through regular contact, visits, and relationship-building using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll also be expected to be an active participant in the Company’s overall growth strategy by identifying new markets, suggesting new products, and continuously updating your knowledge of industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace.


REQUIREMENTS

Proven outside sales experience, preferrably directed toward HR managers, owners and executives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand customers’ unique needs and to tailor solutions accordingly.

Demonstrated ability to generate leads through market research, cold calling and networking.

Effective negotiating and closing skills.

Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and general direction.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, proof of insurance and ability to successfully complete background investigation.
