We are currently seeking an Associate/Vice President, Retail Transactions to join our Accounts Management Group located in Pomona, CA.
ASSOCIATE/VICE PRESIDENT, RETAIL TRANSACTIONS - Pomona, CA
Responsibilities:
Report to Retail Program Manager who is responsible for providing integrated transaction and project management services to a major client
Manage a network of third party brokers to assist in site selection, negotiating leases, real estate portfolio management, financial analysis, as well as interfacing with key decision makers in the business units
Manage a geographic retail portfolio
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3+ years retail transaction experience
Direct experience managing professional staff
Strong negotiation skills as well as experience sourcing deals
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
This position will require 30% to 50% travel
