First Vice President, Project Management OfficeThis position provides project management leadership for multiple projects and cross-functional project teams.Primary Responsibilities Include:

Working closely with the business unit sponsor and providing day-to-day project management support, including: developing and maintaining project plans, coordinating activities of the project team, financial and operational analysis, maintaining all appropriate project documentation, project reporting, and issue escalation.

Managing the activities and workload of assigned Project Manager/Analyst.

Supporting the development and publishing of executive-level project status reports.

Contributing to the development and maintenance of the Bank’s project management guidelines and methodologies.

Participating in project management events, seminars, training courses and other opportunities to promote continued professional growth.A successful candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.

7+ years of project management or related experience.

3+ years of managerial experience with responsibility for the development of goals and objectives, budgeting, hiring, performance evaluations and staff development.

Experience managing cross-functional project teams.

Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.

Strong verbal/written communication skills.

Ability to build and lead teams while generating a spirit of cooperation.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate may also possess:

Master’s degree or MBA.

Project management certification (PMI or PMP).

Knowledge of Banking or Financial Services industry.
