Windows Helpdesk Support Specialist

Planet Payment, an international multi-currency credit card processor seeks an entry level, hands on Windows Helpdesk Support Specialist to assist our rapidly growing company.

Activities
-install, update operating systems, applications, desktop utilities, antivirus software on Windows-based PCs
-install PC hardware and upgrades
-install, maintain, and manage network printer access
-implement office wiring at patch panel for both data and voice
-troubleshoot PC issues including but not limited to email, file service, remote access
-work through vendors in exercising hardware support plans
-Active Directory user management (adding, changing, etc.), access control
-enforce network security policy
-Sharepoint intranet user management
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills / Certifications
-deep and extensive experience with operating system configuration (Windows 2k Pro, Windows XP Pro, MS Office 2k – XP (standard and professional), Symantec Antivirus (corp edition), Windows networking, security
-excellent time management
-excellent English communication skills
-legal right to work in the US
-Bachelor degree or equivalent
-1 years experience in this field
