We are headquartered in Lakeland, FL and operate approximately 140 terminals across the country. We have an immediate need for a Management Trainee at our Harrisburg, PA and Baltimore, MD terminals. This highly visible position offers the right candidate accelerated growth opportunities within the organization. The initial training affords a core level of basic knowledge, skills and abilities. After the initial training, the trainee will be given a series of developmental job assignments with the goal of moving to middle and upper management positions in an accelerated time period. The ideal candidate for this program will have a 4-year degree in Transportation, Logistics, Logistics Marketing or a related field. The candidate must be highly motivated, desire a rapid career growth, and be available to work in different cities every few weeks within the Northeast District. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evening shifts will be required.
