Training Manager - Home Equity / Phoenix, AZ

As the Home Equity Training Manager, you will be responsible for managing the H/E Training Teams supporting the Phoenix Loan Center, B2B Sales and B2B Operations. You will serve as an active member of the Operations Management Teams to determine ongoing training needs and proactively research opportunities for Training to assist in process, productivity and customer experience improvements. In addition, you will partner with various segments within Home Equity to launch strategic business initiatives and manage the Training milestones and tasks.



You will be responsible for the recruitment, hiring, coaching, development and evaluation of your Training Team. You will oversee the design, development, delivery and evaluation of all training initiatives that impact your Lines of Business to determine their effectiveness and contribution to the bottom line.



You will work with your Lines of Business to set Training strategy, build implementation plans, monitor results and manage expenses. You will provide ongoing communication and reporting to your Lines of Business and solicit periodic feedback to ensure all Training needs are being met and management is on board with Training plans.



This position requires someone who is able to manage teams and support Lines of Business in multiple sites. It also requires the ability to travel 30% of the time.

REQUIREMENTS








Qualifications include:



Five plus years training experience

Minimum three years management/supervisory experience preferred

Knowledge and experience in the application of adult learning principles, small group dynamics and program evaluation

Thorough knowledge of and experience in Home Equity

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Extended experience in project management

Strong consulting skills

Planning and budgeting skills

Research and data gathering skills

Ability to work comfortably with large and small groups

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within your Lines of Business

Training design and development skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

PC skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint )
