Training Manager

Training Manager We are looking for a Training Manager who will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal employee training programs and ensuring appropriate resources are available for these programs as well as other company provided customer training programs.

This position will work with many departments across the company to ensure that HR, quality system, and customer needs are being met.Job Requirements
Required qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience working in a leadership position in which specification delivery of training was undertaken. Knowledge of training systems a plus.

Knowledge of medical device manufacture’s regulatory standards.

Experience with implementing and monitoring corporate compliance programs and securities compliance desirable.

Experience in developing commercial training programs for sale to targeted customers desirable.

Proficient in the use of computers and typical office programs.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Strong presentation skills.
