Training Manager

Training Manager – (3 positions available located in Phoenix or Denver or Seattle) Provide field based training and support towards the professional development and business operational development of staff. Work collaboratively with Division departments on building department/technical/operational based curriculum. Deliver both technical/operational based training and professional development training in the field. Manage the use of the New Hire Checklist in partnership with supervisors and new staff. Provide new staff training in all areas of the business of the organization for staff assigned to geographical region. Work with HR Directors to orient and train staff. Deliver weekly trainings for new staff on the business of the American Cancer Society, technical aspects of jobs and procedural aspects of employment through face to face, conference call and web-conferences. Work with a cross-functional team to deliver best in class New Hire Orientation for assigned region. Work with field staff to deliver established GW University curriculum.
REQUIREMENTS
