TRAINING MANAGER - Charlotte, NC Responsibilities: Create and deliver project management training curriculum; address consistent application of methodologies across the organization Plan, organize, and direct training activities using a range of media, including video and e-learning Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of training Collaborate actively with subject matter expertise to develop curriculum and ensure that the courses meet our client's objectives Utilize third party vendors to augment in-house training Contribute to successful on-boarding process for all new hires Prepare regional training schedules, track enrollment data and prepare reports for management review
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree with major concentration in related field; HR, construction, architecture, and engineering preferred Minimum of 5 years experience as a trainer or in related field Solid foundation in process excellence and project management, Six Sigma training is a plus Ability to respond to the dynamic needs of our clients by establishing relationships with all levels of an organization, gaining and maintaining credibility Must be an effective strategist and practitioner with a solid track record delivering corporate training programs Financial/business/project management acumen Exceptional communication and presentation skills Computer proficiency 25% travel is required Start a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
