Job Description:
An excellent opportunity exists for a student intern working in the staffing/recruiting area of Human Resources. Here, you will be able to develop relationships with hiring managers in our Molecular Imaging group within Siemens Medical. In addition, you will work closely with other members of Human Resources, both in Hoffman Estates and throughout the country. There is also the potential to meet very talented candidates, as you will be one of their first points of contact while they seek opportunities at Siemens.

Responsibilities will include:

Coordinating interviews, candidate travel, and schedules

Creating personnel records

Maintaining our PeopleClick database

Assisting with staffing projects

Support of other various areas within the staffing department

Interested candidates must have the following:

Good organization skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work well with others

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and multi-task.

Requirements include:

Pursuing at least a B.A./B.S. in a related field

Ability to work full-time, or as close to full-time as possible
