Turnstyle ticketing is currently hiring for Sports & Entertainment Telephone Sales Representatives
Turnstyles Ticketings primary service is providing in-coming call center functionality for major professional and college sports teams, performing arts centers well as entertainment venues.
Responsibilities:
Qualified candidates will be trained in the art of inbound sales, supporting several major accounts. Hours may vary and occasional weekend availability is required.
The hours of this position are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:Requirements include a clear speaking voice, an excellent command of the English language and basic computer skills including knowledge of windows based software, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Bi-lingual capability, excellent interpersonal skills and related customer service experience a plus.
