We are currently recruiting outstanding candidates skilled in psychological principles to be considered for our Team Supervisor position at our Eden Prairie facility. This position is responsible for developing innovative programs for our clients and leading direct care staff in program implementation. It is an excellent opportunity to creatively and positively make a difference in the lives of the people we serve. As a day-training and habilitation program, we specialize in assisting our clients achieve greater levels of independence in the four core areas of behavior, vocational, community integration, and communication. Additionally, our programs provide the support necessary to ensure success for clients with complex needs, while also providing these individuals with the opportunity to gain adaptive skills, obtain meaningful employment, and pursue artistic endeavors. The salary for this position is $27,578. An excellent benefit package includes 18 days of paid time off over the first year, holiday pay, health and dental care; long-term disability, life and a 401k plan.
