Set Up Tech/Maintenance Tech/Entry-Level & Production Workers

Buckhorn Inc, a Plastic Manufacturer in Springfield, Missouri is seeking dedicated employees. Set Up Technician- Hands-on technician will be responsible for setting, removing and troubleshooting molds. Including all safety rules. Responsibilities Include: Setting and removing molds on structural foam and injection molding machines. Will perform insert changes, setting clamp, ejectors and pressures on molds. Installing, removal and maintenance of nozzles. Maintenance Technician -Hands-on technicians will be responsible for all plant and machine maintenance. Including following all safety rules. Responsibilites Include: Repair and troubleshoot structural foam and injection molding machines. Repair of electrical, hydraulic and systems. Oil change of machine. Both positions require 3-5 years Set-Up and/or Maintenance experience with the ability to troubleshoot injection and foam molds and machines. The successful candidate will have strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical skills. Production Employees, Entry level manufacturing positions. High School Diploma or GED preferred. 12-Hour shifts, interviewing for 7:00PM to 7:00AM & 7:00AM to 7:00PM.
