Sales Training Manager
A leader in Healthcare, our client is one of the world's top three medical device companies. Their mission is to improve the quality of people's lives. Their focus areas include imaging systems, customer services, information and monitoring systems. They enjoy a number one position in several of these including X-ray, cardiovascular ultrasound, and patient monitoring. Due to dynamic growth and recent promotions our client seeks a highly motivated Sales Education Manager in their Monitoring Solutions and Diagnostic Cardiology group.
Essential Functions:
Conduct educational needs analysis in conjunction with sales management and business leadership to design effective educational offerings in support of Monitoring Solutions business strategy and goals
Develop and deploy sales educational offerings in support of Sales Representative Competency Development
Sales skills development
Business acumen development
Product education
Develop measurement systems and metrics for analysis of sales rep application of knowledge in sales environment
Use all defined educational delivery mediums as appropriate for the offerings and identified learning outcomes
Travel minimum of 10% on a quarterly basis to assess field sales representative performance
Partner with all sales education team members to develop a consistent process and methodology for cross functional sales team educational opportunities

REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA and 3 years Experience as an Adult Educator or High School Diploma and 9 years experience as an Adult Educator.
Experience in developing adult education programs and curriculums
Proven track record in sales training or other related adult education activities
Desired:
Masters degree in adult education or business
Sales experience with Patient Monitoring products
Technical/ applications experience with Patient Monitoring products
Intense customer focus and ability to promote customer value
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Motivated team player and ability for cross functional sharing
Well developed multitasking capabilities and prioritization skills sets
Strong computer applications in a networked environment
