Sales Trainer / Manager

VertMarkets continues to grow. To foster this growth we’re looking for an experienced sales trainer or sales manager to develop our professional inside sales team. This challenging full time position entails training new sales employees on the fundamental elements of our advertising sales process. You’re responsibilities will include:·reviewing accounts
·monitoring sales calls
·making sales calls with trainees
·conducting reviews of taped sales calls.In addition, you will educate trainees on the company’s policies and procedures and assess trainee skill development. While the majority of your time will be spent training, some of your time will be spent making actual sales calls.
REQUIREMENTS
