Advantage Alarm Systems, one of ADT’s most successful and progressive dealer’s, requires sales manager trainees to lead canvassing teams marketing our total home monitoring systems to small businesses and residential communities through canvassing, direct sales and secured appointments in our Lexington and Louisville, KY offices.

Sales managers are responsible for:
• Maximizing sales productivity
• Recruiting
• Training
• Mentoring a sales staff
• Maintaining a personal sales goal.

Management training period requires 1-2 months or equivalent to 30-60 demonstrations. Prior to promotion, manager must recruit 2 sales professionals. Upon promotion, managers will earn base pay and overrides on their personal sales and their sales staff. Guaranteed minimum of $300.00 / week training pay. Our most successful sales managers earn in excess of 100K per year from personal commissions, over-rides, and bonuses.
