Sales Manager (Insurance--Management Training)

Management Training Position(Direct appointment to Partner possible depending on experience)The #1 insurance and financial services firms in the country is looking for an up and coming leader to become a Management Trainee with the appointment to Partner (Sales Manager)in 2 to 6 months of entering the position. Management Trainee Responsibilities
•Ability to produce with a 40% bonus on all sales.
•Ability to recruit, train, and develop career agents and receive overrides on their production.
•You will receive the world class training needed to prepare for a direct appointment to Partner.
Partner Responsibilities
•Recruiting, training, and development of new financial agents•Train, instruct and mentor new and experienced advisors in insurance and financial services•Manage and grow sales office
•Involved with day to day operations as well as field work
•Responsible for a variety of marketing and training initiatives
•Take a leading role in the growth and production of office including recruitment, sales, new business development and client retention.
Actively build and enhance the branch
Requirements:•MDRT producers or successful Financial Advisors looking to take your career to the next level.•Mandatory Licenses (L&H) It is preferred that you also hold a Series 6 & 63•Experience in recruiting new agents
•Knowledge and experience in life insurance, annuities and mutual funds
•Leadership qualities and ambition for advancement
•Desire to take the next step to becoming a Managing Partner / Branch ManagerCompensation for Partners:•Salary and recruiting bonuses
