SALES/ MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have a minimum 2 years of college with a 4 year degree preferred. Business, marketing, social sciences or communications studies helpful. One to two years work experience in a customer focused environment selling moderately complex products and services to customers. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in business or school, of establishing and meeting goals, working on teams, or contributing to a group with a common goal. We are seeking the skills, ability and dedication to grow in the position and with the company. Rental car experience is preferred but not required. Candidates will have the flexibility to work between the hours of 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. weekdays and Saturdays, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m; averaging 42-47 hours per week. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver ’ s license, good driving record and be able to pass drug screen and thorough background check.
