We are looking for a dynamic STAFFING ASSOCIATE for our SCOTTSDALE office who is interested in LEARNING from the best in the staffing industry. The difference between our style and everyone else's is AMAZING!

The ideal candidate will be a TEAM PLAYER with a positive, upbeat and engaging personality. Candidates must have a professional demeanor and, preferably, some customer service and prospect marketing experience. Candidates must have good organizational skills and have the communication ability to build long term relationships with clients.

This position is in a busy office environment and the right individual will LEARN to screen applicants, write ads and job postings, interview and evaluate applicants, take and process job orders, manage field associates, schedule interviews with clients and match candidates to open orders.

REQUIREMENTS


Scheduled hours for this position are 7 am - 4 pm, Monday through Friday Candidates must have a good work history with positive employment references. Knowledge of healthcare industry positions is preferred. Previous staffing industry experience is preferred - however - THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT IS A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!

This position requires good verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should have good computer/software skills (examples: Word, Outlook, Publisher). Candidates must be organized and detailed oriented with ability to multi-task. Reliability and trustworthiness are key character requirements.
