As a Restaurant Manager at one of our Arby’s Restaurants, you will be an important member of the team and will be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic organization. With strong performance, you can progress from Assistant Manager to Restaurant General Manager, with possibilities for advancement to field positions.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

· Excellent Customer Service Skills.
· Strong leadership potential.
· Basic math, accounting, and personal computing skills.
· High school or College preferred.
· Ability to calculate and analyze data.
· Strong interpersonal, team building, and conflict resolution skills.
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Strong operational skills in a fast paced environment.

1-3 years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail /hospitality industry.
