Program Development Feedback: Provide formative information and input in the design of training programs

Regional People development: Provide training and development support for an assigned company region

Implementation/Initiative Training: Deliver training initiatives to assigned company region (and franchise constituency as needed). Initiatives may include new systems and processes, menu changes, and rollouts

Management Training: Manage the continued improvement of program execution for assigned region

Requirements

Ideal candidate will have:
2+ years experience managing/delivering training in a regional (multi unit) capacity

Demonstrated solid facilitation and platform skills

2+ years of budget/ P&L accountability

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or similar desired
