Receptionist Needed for Downtown Chicago Law Firm


POSITION SUMMARY…
Major responsibilities include greeting and accommodating visitors, answering phones, managing incoming faxes, sorting and distributing mail, maintaining office common areas, communicating with vendors for purchases and repairs, preparing mass mailings, and assisting in overflow typing and filing. This position requires an 8:30am-5:00pm work schedule.

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS…
High school diploma.
Word processing or secretarial experience required.
Transcription experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must be responsible, dependable and extremely detail oriented.
Qualified candidates must have excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
