QA / TRAINING MANAGER
Global Compliance, a provider of ethics and compliance solutions to the Fortune 1000, seeks an experienced Corporate QA & Professional Development Manager to join our Operations Department in our headquarters located in the Ballantyne area of South Charlotte. This position is responsible for the overall development, implementation and education of our employees. The QA & Professional Development Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of a professional and personal development program. In this position the QA & Professional
Development Manager fulfills the following primary responsibilities:
*Quality Assurance
*Develop, implement and maintain our Process Management System.
*Consult and advise on appropriate Performance Management metrics ensuring Process and Job Performer metrics are aligned with Corporate goals
*Champion "Outside-In" thinking and analysis ensuring that PIT take into account the impact of customer requirements, outside, external marketplace factors and probable environmental changes
*Support of customer audits
*Develop and ensure compliance with established documentation standards including naming conventions, branding, change tracking and record retention
*Facilitate Process Management initiatives
*Audit documented process and procedures to assure compliance
*Professional & Personal Development
*Develops formal training based on industry best practices and in-depth knowledge of systems and processes for clerical, supervisory, and management personnel
*Authors, maintains and publishes the training manuals, a day to day reference tool for employees, to "InfoMapping" and html standards and make then available through active desktop links
*Assesses and procures approved "off-the-self" training materials that enable employees to develop personal skills to enhance their career development and are aligned with corporate objectives
*Backs up the "Training Specialist" and is able to carry out all of her/his responsibilities
*Assesses and measures the effectiveness of Training Delivery
*Determines developmental needs and develops required training initiatives to meet identified needs
*Schedules training
*Oversees and administers the Contact Center Recognition Program, conducts analysis and produces reports
*Overall development and coordination of an effective Contact Center Communications Program; a methodical, structured means of communicating objectives, procedural changes and results
*Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner
Minimum Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
*Proficient PC user with intermediate skills with MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, Project and Visio. ("InfoMapping" certification preferred)
*Proven human resource management experience
*Process Management/Quality Management System application experience (Rummler-Brache methodology experience preferred)
*Project management experience. (PMI or equivalent certification preferred)
*Five to seven years of experience and or education in Training Lesson Planning/Structural Design and Delivery, preferably in industries that did not have robust documentation of SOPs (Certification preferred)
*Experience and or education with Storyboard and/or Web & Computer based training
*Experienced facilitator (Certification preferred)
*Facilitating effective groups
*Virtual facilitation (web)
*E-learning or CBT experience preferred
*Technical writing experience is a preferred
*Must be capable of creating "how to" training without application user guides
