Intern is responsible for analyzing all the steps in order fulfillment process, and performs root cause analysis and trend analysis.Intern will act as liaison between Customer Service, Warehouse and Transportation.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate studying Operations or Logistics, with the ability to work in Contact Center Environment. Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong time management skills and ability to multi-task. Intern must have a basic knowledge of statistics and supply chain.Candidates must have advanced level of proficiency with latest Microsoft Office Professional Products, especially with Microsoft Access.Knowledge with SAP is plus. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Intern should be working towards a Degree within a related field at a Bachelor or Graduate level.
