Capital Promotional Advertising is a local marketing firm in the Washington, DC area. We provide our services to professional sports teams, national restaurants, premiere golf courses, entertainment clients and national charities.

We've recently expanded and now have twice as many clients as what we can handle! With our new sports and charity clients and an expanding office, we are in need of 8 Manager Trainees. These openings are essential to the success of our company, as they are the future leaders of Capital Advertising. Finance

Marketing

Business Development

Team & Market Development

Account Coordination





As a Manager Trainee, the right candidates will learn all of the ground level, day-to-day operations. They will then master the skills needed to effectively manage an office on a daily basis. These tasks include keeping track of profits and losses, training and development, account management and overseeing a portfolio of established clients. When training is complete, these new managers will run our branch offices.
