POSITION: DIRECTORY OF CLINICAL EDUCATION, RESPIRATORY CARE
DEPARTMENT: HEALTH SCIENCES
LOCATION: AIRPORT CAMPUS
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The Director of Clinical Education is responsible for the development and supervision of the clinical activities associated with the Respiratory Care Program. Required to participate in classroom and laboratory based courses, as well as, curriculum assessment and revision and other activities associated with student success.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree, Registered Respiratory Therapist, credentialed by the NBRC, South Carolina RCP license or eligibility. Four years experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with at least two years in clinical respiratory care and at least two years in teaching in an accredited respiratory care program. Previous experience as a Director of Clinical Education preferred.
