Materials Management Systems Analyst - Long-TermTemporary

MATERIALS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS ANALYST: (LONG-TERM TEMPORARY)

Materials Management Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

1. Work with MMS Directors and the user community in the development of process maps.

2. Provide support for the creation of training documents, user manuals and supplier documents.

3. Manage the implementation and distribution of all user-related materials.

4. Maintain basic knowledge of each operating area, systems utilized and appropriate procedures.

5. Manage electronic filing and distribution of procedures.

6. Perform detailed database analysis as required and summarize for management.

7. Work with the user community to support active projects as requested by the MMS Directors.

8. Assist with Rollout and on going support of eBusiness Applications

9. Troubleshoot problems

10. Track all issues, maintain FAQ, report on success metrics

11. Investigate and fix transaction errors on daily basis

12. Setup vendors in the system and solve procurement systems issues

14.Maintain project list and issues log for the MMS team
REQUIREMENTS
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. College Degree or equivalent experience
2. 3-5 years in a consumer products manufacturing or distribution environment with an understanding of major business functions.
3. Experience with systems documentation, process mapping and development of procedures.
4. Strong PC skills including Work, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio & Access.
5. Solid inter-personal and communication skills.
