Client Marketing
Using a template, customize client materials such as, website, registration materials, 1-page overview, posters, e-flyers, and brochures
Manage production schedules of printed materials
Manage material requests for account manager on-site visits (4X6 cards, power point presentations, handouts, etc.), and ongoing special marketing needs (with manager’s assistance)
May be asked to travel to local client sites for presentations and health benefit fairs if neededTrade Shows / Conferences
Conduct research and compile results for trade show and conference deadlines, advertising costs, demographics, attendee lists, etc.Update trade show excel spreadsheet with current information
Coordinate trade show booth, materials and logistics for 12-18 annual events
Maintain the display booth and its parts, as well as oversee all shipping needs for the booth
Scheduled Marketing
Keep the scheduled marketing mailing list and database up-to-date
Assist in the production of client posters and e-flyers
Edit and proofread electronic and hard copies
Assist in developing yearly marketing schedule
Coordinate the printing of posters and order the mailing tubes for posters
Draft/proof bi-monthly marketing cover letter to clients
Work with Front Desk Coordinator to distribute materials
Website
Work with department director and manager to post necessary materials online (press releases, FAQs, Work Options Group job openings etc.)
Conduct general website content maintenance
Media Relations
Assist with distribution of press releases and press kits
Keep media contact list updated
Sales
Modify proposal cover as needed
Update employee numbers and client lists on sales packet
General/Administrative
Maintain and update department list of deliverables and projects
Create master file of templates using updated logo (fax cover sheets, memos, etc)
Research costs of collateral/promotional give-aways for eligible employeesManage holiday card/gift project for corporate clients, prospects, and vendors
Keep inventory of marketing supplies and collateral
Maintain spreadsheet of master communication/marketing documents
Manage translation projects for employee materials (French & Spanish)
Assist with tracking various marketing initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Job Qualifications
Exceptional business judgment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Group presentation skills preferred
Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), and internet search capabilities
Attention to detail, for proofreading and review of graphic design
Basic graphic design ability and/or understanding preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, public relations, or communications
Experience
Entry level
Internship in marketing preferred
Working Environment:
Must work well both independently and on a teamSome travel might be required – up to 5% of time
