Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant position available at the Bosworth Company, a dental manufacturer, located in Skokie, IL.

Our Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager to schedule, traffic, manage, and monitor all aspects of marketing, including promotional campaigns, printing/mailing projects and more.

Looking for an energetic, dedicated, and motivated individual.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements

· Bachelor Degree - preferred degree in marketing, communications, advertising and/or English

. Entry Level position some experience helpful but not required.

· Microsoft Office proficient

· Strong writing skills

· Organized, must be able to multi-task

· Must be attentive to detail, able to take direction, be task oriented, and be a self-starter

· Team Player


Marketing Assistant’s duties include but not limited to:

· Assist with yearly campaign design and advertising – design, creation, execution, tracking

· Creation, approval, ordering, and distribution of customer promotional pieces

· Database maintenance - Goldmine

· Customer Response Mailouts

· Coordinating customer promotional piece mailouts

· Designing Quarterly Newsletter

· Sales Meeting Coordination

· Convention Speaker Organization

· Manage Website

· Conference calls

· Attend Conventions

· Some travel required
