Manager, Training & Fac Supp

Acting as the Global Security Division (GSD) training coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining training curriculums for headquarters personnel and conducting, developing, producing or contracting for training programs designed for Security operations personnel globally. Other duties will include: developing and conducting specialized security awareness trainings/briefings with other Wyeth employees outside the security division; maintaining a training metrics database to document and track compliance to GSD training initiatives and acting as the system administrator for on-line training tools/software and GSD web site maintenance; assisting in the development and maintenance of corporate security policies, procedures and guidelines; assisting the security risk assessment and survey teams; and providing emergency management and business continuity services for the Global Security Division to include maintaining emergency management procedures and policies and conducting training scenarios to test the level of readiness within the security division and acting as the business continuity planner/ambassador for GSD.This position requires a Bachelor's degree - A Bachelors in Education is preferred or a Bachelors in Criminal Justice or Business at a minimum. At least 5 years management experience in operations at a large-scale, preferably multi-national, pharmaceutical company.
